I have had the most fabulous customer service from Gerald! Its taken a few weeks to choose Luna's collar, to make it personal to her, a one off, Gerald has been extremely patient with me in getting this collar right for Luna, we went through a couple of collars i liked until Gerald came up with one that i was not sure of, we decided to go with it and i must say it was the BEST choice! I acually went with the red/gold Bison and Elk collar. Its the most beautiful color and the quality is second to none! I cannot believe how super soft this collar is the concho's look fabulous, so much better in real life and it looks fabulous on her, the quality really is amazing! I simply love this collar! I will look no further for future collars... Superb customer service! Thank you Gerald for being so patient and getting this collar right for luna!!

I bought this collar for our Gordon Setter, and the black and tan leather is beautiful with his coloring. The quality of the leather and metal is high, and it seems like it will be durable for many years to come. Would certainly purchase again.
