We stand behind the Quality and Craftmanship of our Collars, Leads and Leashes.  If  you should have a problem with any of our products, please do not hesitate to call or email us so we may start the process of replacing your product.  Upon determination of a defect in material and or workmanship we will replace and ship the product free of charge to you.  Thank you for being a valued customer of Quality Leather Dog Collars.

 

We ship anywhere in the United States.  USPS Priority mail and FedEx are prefered shipping .  Once an order is placed, the estimated delivery date will be based upon availability of item(s), shipping method and destination.  Shipping charges are determined by the weight and size of the order.
